Groupama invested in innovation at eCompany.pro
For consecutive year Groupama Insurance and Groupama Life Insurance have chosen Moby2 and the eCompany.pro platform to manage their e-trainings. In order to better satisfy both companies, added value was enhanced to their accounts. A whole new module was created in the platform – “Attestation and staff appraisal”. This was possible thanks to the perfect coordination within a month and a half with the HR team of the companies, by carrying out thorough tests and feedback for the trouble-free running of the module. The responsibility for this process in the team of Moby2 was entirely taken over by engineer Georgi Georgiev, who showed flexibility and creativity.
The main purpose of the module is the automation and the significant ease of the performance evaluation. The "Attestation" module enables the human resources department to track employee development and their relationship with the company’s managers. It offers the user an individualized overview of his own professional development and the leaders – analysis of the whole organisational structure. In order to be more easily used, the system is separated in 4 different profiles:
- Employee – has access to manage his own attestations, notes to each attestation and attachment option. By doing so, he assesses the goals that have been set and the basic competencies he needs. Can evaluate his own manager.
- Manager – has access to the review of his employees’ attestations. Has the right to add comments, correct and approve the attestations of his employees. Can put comments on their assessments and goals and share an opinion about their development. Completes his own attestations to senior managers.
- Supervisor – has access to all attestations of his direct subordinates as well as to these of the employees of his direct subordinates. Has the right to change their attestations.
- Administrator – creates the attestations and determines the duration of the attestation as well as the users who are included in the attestation. Reviews, approve and returns attestations which don’t meet the criteria or when considers that more information needs to be added. Tracks statistics of the entire process that can be exported at any time to a spreadsheet.
In this way, eCompany.pro is enriched with a new function, which together with the module “Competency Model” gives serious advantages to the system for more complexity in the training and development of people. The real-time learning management, e-learning management and their accomplishments, competency assessments and competence development were combined with the trainings and staff appraisal data in order to give a comprehensive and overall picture of the company’s training and development.
